Step 2: On the new main window, click the Compose button.

Step 3: In the compose windows, click the three vertical dots > Set up a time to meet > click Offer times that you’re free.

Step 5: You may update the Event duration and the Availability.

Step 6: After that, you can click Add to email if you are satisfied with it.

Step 7: All your availability should be added to the email. It is possible as well to write a message and then hit the Send button at the end of it:

The recipient will have all your availability and the convenience of the meeting being scheduled with you will be the advantage.

Method 2: Appointment Schedule It involves; creating and sharing of a working appointment schedule

Appointment schedules can be used to clear up times you can make free for Google Calendar when people are traveling.

You have to generate this schedule in the web service and it is possible to share it with others by simply copying the link or sending it via e-mail.

Step 1: Log into your Google account, then click on the Google Calendar option on your browser.

Step 2: Select an area in the calendar and type the name of the time slot in the windows that appears, click on Appoint schedule and Set up the schedule.

    Method 3: Sharing a calendar

Free ways of capturing and sharing Google Calendar availability are through sharing your calendar with friends.

The steps are however easy as outlined below. The only disadvantage is that people for whom you have shared your calendar will be able to see free and busy days in the calendar.

Step 1: The first process is to access Google Calendar either from your Smartphone, tablet or PColver using a web browser.

Step 2: Hover your mouse over the gear icon present on the top right corner of the site.

Step 3: As soon as you have created the Calendar, you need to left click your Calendar name on the left pane.

Step 4: Under the Access permissions for events section, make sure ‘Make available to public ‘ is checked and decide from the drop-down known as ‘Who has access’ whether users can ‘See all event details or See only Free/busy (hide details)’ Now click on the ‘Get shareable link’.

Step 5: Now you can share this link with anyone and he or she will be able to see your availability on Google Calendar.

Or if going straight to the Step 3 after that go to Share with specific people and groups, Add people and groups like the email of whom you want to share it with; choose your preference of permission then on Send.

Method 4: Chrome Extension – Sundial

Sundial is an extension by which you can copy time slots in as-written-text and without logging into Google, share them with anyone.

Shared calendar availability will appear in this format: Wednesday February 3 from 3.10 a. m. to 12 p. m. Eastern Standard Time.

We also explain below how you can copy and share your availability with this impressive Chrome extension.

Step 1: Open up the webpage for the Sundail Chrome extension.

Step 2: Click on Add to Chrome and accept the changes that appear in the next pop-up window.

Step 3: Go to Google Calendar and click on any ‘free’ time that can be selected by moving the cursor across to the time chosen.
